Purchased a $4600+ sectional (“the very best we have to offer” according to Dan, our salesman) and are extremely unhappy. Leather is sagging heavily after 28 days of use and the “leather” scratches very easily... even from sitting down with Levi’s on. Called their “Top Shelf” CS line and they stated they would replace or we could choose a replacement. Then, I receive a phone call from them that states they are cancelling the reselection due to the scratches from “animals”. We don’t have animals!
